This restaurant is a stunning place that combines elegant indoor dining and lush tropical outdoor settings with a gastronomic wizardry of fresh fruits, vegetables, and spices grown on the Sundy House's 5-acre farm. Each dish is prepared with palpable precision. Consider the following: herb-seared Chilean sea bass with truffle oil and chive risotto, or the mojo glazed Caribbean spiced pork tenderloin with Cabernet sauce, chive sour cream and buttered asparagus. Save room for dessert, including a decadent Earl Gray crème brûlée and Mandarin orange chocolate torte. A decadent Sunday brunch buffet makes the day before you return to work infinitely more bearable. On the negative side, the service here can be surly and spotty.
