Just north of the lake, this local-style fast-food joint has a basic but tidy bamboo-and-wood decor. Overlooking the busy street, it's a good place for breakfast and to watch the world go by on roaring motorbikes. A limited menu offers local favorites like banana flower salad and noodle soup, and Little Hanoi makes a good central meeting point. They deliver, too.
