Part of the Istanbul Doors family of highly successful restaurants (Lokanta, Vogue, Angelique, Da Mario, Wan-na), A'jia is certainly blessed. The menu changes seasonally, except (by popular demand) the octopus carpaccio, sea bass filet with vegetables in olive oil, and a hazelnut soufflé. On a recent visit, the menu featured a cinnamon-flavored lamb and an intriguing baklava-rolled seafood with asparagus in a tartar sauce.
