The menu is kosher at Carne, though it leans heavily on classic ingredients of the Mediterranean. Carne puts out mouthwatering dishes such as entrecote or grilled rack of lamb with smoked eggplant, bell pepper, rosemary, and lamb glaze. The tempting appetizers leave little room for the main course, as who can resist a plate of salmon tartar or falafel served with humus or tomato sauce? The menu also has plenty of vegetarian options.
