I could go on about this restaurant's priceless ocean view, but the menu of Mediterranean, Caribbean, and French dishes is just as outstanding. A pleasant tropical decor is bolstered by fresh air wafting in from the Atlantic. Seafood bouillabaisse in green curry and coconut broth and Sugar Reef pho -- a Vietnamese noodle dish with chicken, shrimp, ginger and spices -- are among the restaurant's most popular dishes. The kitchen puts a savory spin on duck, roasted and topped with sweet-chile-and-papaya salsa. This is not a place you'd expect to find on a beach boardwalk, which makes it all the more delightful.
