This restaurant is one of the few places where the fishermen still bring the fish to the back door. The oysters from the raw bar are shucked to order and are incredible. Try the house specialty, \"smoked fish dip\" -- a kingfish smoked on premises. The steamed clambake, with half a Maine lobster, clams, potatoes, mussels, and corn on the cob, is scrumptious and served in its own pot. For chocolate lovers, the chocolate-brownie sundae is a must. There's live entertainment Wednesday through Saturday and a full bar. A new Tarpon Bend opened in Coral Gables at 65 Miracle Mile (tel. 305/444-3210).
