When it comes to this supposedly haute restaurant, you either love it or hate it. I personally hate it. I think it destroys chef Michael Schwartz's talent because it's all about \"beauty cuisine.\" What does that mean, exactly? We're not sure, but it wouldn't be too far off to say it means healthy, organic, tasteless food at high prices. The food apparently makes use of things such as the PH affect, syntropy, and elemental content. Hungry yet? We didn't think so. The menu is weird -- grilled sardines are the most normal. Then you get into The Beauty Pill -- a tasteless combo of turmeric, fennel, apple, walnuts, garlic, dill, and other things that don't help. Here Comes the Sun is a whole-wheat flatbread topped with pumpkin seeds, caraway seeds, sunflower seeds and the rest really doesn't matter because it has no taste. There's also a main course which serves raw vegetables and fruits for $27. You'd do better at your neighborhood produce counter. The grilled rack of Australian lamb is okay, but they charge $38 because the lamb was fed grass. Then there's the Beauty Inside -- a warm molten chocolate cake -- sounds good, until you get to the honey drizzle and black pepper. afterglo, in my opinion, is after-NO.
