Noah's has been earning raves for years and is a favorite for both locals and travelers, especially among the 30-something set. The restaurant sources locally for its fish, oysters, veggies, and wine (from Stonington Vineyards), among other ingredients. Special point of pride is the homemade deserts; Noah's website lists 122 options that might be offered any given day, from chocolate raspberry ganache and Kentucky butter cake to red grits (raspberries and tapioca topped with raspberry cream) and the Waldorf-Astoria's signature chiffon cheesecake. The restaurant's on-site bakery also does brisk business.
