This former good-time bar is now open for a buffet breakfast and full-service lunch and dinner, and the menu has been plumped up with a few more choices. Grilled swordfish, sirloin, and fried chicken flesh out the old roster of nachos, lobster rolls, and calamari. A deck and a bar with a picture window take in dramatic views of storms over the mainland and of the fleet of pleasure boats in the Great Salt Pond. Enclosing the deck with clear plastic and adding heat lamps has extended the season. Inside, the ceiling and walls are hung with scores of oars -- all of them painted with cartoons, graffiti, and assorted messages of obscure or ribald intent.
