This casual and inviting restaurant's two-story open interior is filled with exposed brick, wrought-iron accents, and tremendous wood beams -- it has the look and feel of a Mexican cantina. Colorful artwork and decorative accents, including a colorful group of oversize frogs strumming guitars, and lively music, create a festive, almost fiesta-like atmosphere. A varied menu of better-than-average Tex-Mex fare that includes quesadillas, enchiladas, burritos, and specialties such as polo caliente (steak sautéed in tomatoes, peppers, onions, and other spices, topped with melted cheese and Spanish rice), combined with its unique decor, make this one a winner.
