This is Scottsdale-style barbecue, which means you'll be licking your fingers amid upscale cowboy decor. If you're in the mood for raucous good times, this place is worth the trip. The barbecue runs the gamut from ribs to smoked chicken to more uptown dishes such as barbecued salmon and prime rib. The pulled pork with a smoky sauce and fresh coleslaw is scrumptious. There's also a wide variety of sandwiches, making this a good lunch or takeout spot. The roll of paper towels on your table should give you an idea of how messy a meal here will be.
