Restaurateur Bruce Carey has long dominated the Portland restaurant scene, and at this high-style restaurant, he continues to woo and wow the local trendsetters. Located in a converted warehouse that serves as headquarters for Portland advertising giant Wieden+Kennedy, bluehour has a very theatrical atmosphere. With sophisticated menu items such as seared foie gras and American sturgeon caviar, as well as with superb service, it's obvious that bluehour is Portland's most haute restaurant -- though this is also the sort of place where being seen by the right people is as important as the food.
