This huge restaurant (it seats 1,000) puts on a show as you chow down on variations of Mexican standards. The restaurant is spread over three floors and resembles an ancient Mayan temple in a tropical rainforest, complete with foliage, thunderstorms, and a few talking animals. There's even a lovely waterfall cascading 35 feet into a pool -- watch for the cliff divers! The menu offers a wide selection of Mexican favorites, from salads to tacos and burritos, as well as an American menu of steak, seafood, and pasta. Especially good are the blue crab tacos, served in a soft flour tortilla, with coleslaw, guacamole, and pico de gallo; and the vegetarian tamale pie, with sweet potatoes, spinach, black bean and corn salsa topped with polenta and cheese.
