A spacious and modern restaurant just 1 block off the stylish Rua Augusta, Arabia serves up a range of favorites from Lebanon. In addition to the daily specials, there's a tasting menu that changes regularly. At R$38 (US$16/£8) it's a great way to sample some of the chef's best. The main menu includes Moroccan rice with roasted almonds and chicken, or the signature stuffed artichoke bottoms with ground beef, accompanied by rice with almonds. As an appetizer or a light meal, try the mezze, the Lebanese equivalent of tapas. Served for two, three, or four people, each tray comes with at least half a dozen tasters of the most popular dishes such as hummus, falafel, tabbouleh salad, and a generous serving of fresh pita.
