With over 40 varieties of pie to choose from at Santa Pizza, it may take you an eternity to make up your mind. There are many of the more traditional combinations such as tomato, ham, basil, cheese, and onion, or the Portuguesa with olives and eggs. Brazilians, however, have a real thing for sweet and savory when it comes to pizza -- witness the Gorgonzola cheese with pineapple pizza, or the smoked bacon, mozzarella, tomato, and mango chutney combo.
