Sitting poolside at Club St. Croix, this is a great option for diners with differing tastes. The owners have created a tropical fish theme to go along with the paintings of sunsets and lighthouses that adorn the walls. If you're in the mood for lobster try their lobster thermidor or garlic-and-herb lobster. Land-lovers should opt for the blackened prime rib with island spices or one of their juicy hamburgers. Salads, especially their Caesar concoction, are always a popular choice. If you have a sweet tooth, your best bets are the chocolate "oblivion" and chocolate "thunder cakes," or their velvety mango ice cream.
