This complex consists of the reconstructed huts of five different Zimbabwean tribes from the 19th century, with numerous shops and stalls. If you're thinking of braving the rapids on a boogie board, it might be a good idea to have your fortune told first by the Village's nyanga (alternatively visit the fortune teller resident in nearby Elephant's Walk). Just around the corner from the Craft Village, Soper's has been trading in Zimbabwean artifacts since 1911, and you can still find some of the best wood and soapstone carvings here. Tourists are further lured by the prospect of a close encounter with the snakes and lizards at nearby
