This plush, elegant jewelry store and art gallery was established by Mitzi Callan, the most famous and celebrated craftsperson in the Cayman Islands and winner of dozens of local and international art contests. Set just north of the Hyatt Hotel, on the opposite side of West Bay Road, it's a showcase of work imported by Ms. Callan, including Italian porcelain, Carrera & Carrera sculptures, and work she has designed herself from black coral, gold, platinum, and gemstones. Simple pieces of jewelry begin at around CI$30 (US$38/£18), and can rise to as much as CI$50,000 (US$62,500/£30,000).
