Young designer Ha Truong's creations are, according to her slogan, "understated, artful, contradictory." As the founder of Mirror Mirror, she has made some small waves on the international scene. Truong freely mixes and matches (e.g. a wraparound dress made in multi-colored lace paired with solid-colored, netted silk sleeves) and creates interesting cuts that work well on many body types. At time of writing, Truong was in a temporary location on the southern edge of Hoan Kiem district, but should be opening a flagship store in the Old Quarter soon. Check her website for updates.
