This department store got its start in 1813, when Mr. Harvey opened a linen shop in London; Mr. Nichols joined the store in 1820. No doubt the two gentlemen would have difficulty recognizing their namesake today, especially in this very posh setting on the other side of the world. It has all the usual suspects in designer names, as well as some brands carried nowhere else in Hong Kong, giving it a leg up in the city's very competitive fashion and accessories market. It's open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
