The neatest and most stylish market in Madrid, possibly in all Spain, La Paz is located on the western edge of fashionable Salamanca district. Pride of place goes to its charcuterie counters, but everything is top quality, hyper-clean, and served with attentive professionalism. Classic cheese stall La Boulette boasts over 200 international cheeses.
