Built in the 1930s, this gorgeous market hall with its skylights and stained-glass windows is a fabulous setting for one of the city's largest produce and food markets. Open Monday to Saturday from 5am to 4pm, the hall is packed with vendors selling vegetables, fresh fish, meats, fruits, and herbs. The food section is a popular place to grab a cafezinho or a sandwich.
