Several members of the U.S. Cross-Country Ski Team chose Silver Star Mountain Resort as a top North American destination. "It has great British Colombian snow, great trails and continuous professional grooming," said Andrew Johnson, a 28-year-old Ski Team racer. The resort's high-mountain trails--37 miles of them in total--are groomed daily for skate-skiing and classic Nordic style.
