Voyage Yacht Share debuted the Stealth 540 motor yacht at the Miami International Boat Show in early April, 2007 and simultaneously released a limited number of shares—both membership and fractional—of the Stealth 540.

The Stealth 540 is a Hydrofoil Supported Catamaran (HYSUCAT) matched with the latest 800-hp MAN common rail engines. Combined with the Q-Speed surface drives, the yacht has a top speed of 55 m.p.h. and easily cruises at 45 m.p.h. It has has many of the amenities of a much larger yacht, including three full heads and three staterooms, including a master with a king-size bed.

The yacht also comes with Moritz Aerospace Octoplex power management and the AC and DC power functions centrally controlled via LCD touch screen.
